Personal Description:

I have been a trainer for 15+ years. Trained in the public and private sectors. Trained all across the UK, EU and Middle East.

Training Experience:

I have several years’ implementation/management/training/teaching experience. My roles have included Training Project Life Cycle experience from training, management, development and support of standard, bespoke and Web based applications. I have Programming/Training, systems analysis, database design, MS Office suite (2003-2010), Windows (XP – Win 7), web design, CRM, EMM, ERP including strong technical writing and project management skills. I have trained end users on/off site, in 1-to-1, online and remotely, group and ‘floor walking’ environments for both internal and external customers.

My course evaluation marks average is 86% in a range of 81 to 98%.

I am fluent in French (written, spoken and commercial) and have trained/supported many applications across UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa in both French and English.
