Personal Description:

I am a professional freelance IT trainer, with vast experience delivering training to corporate organisations and also in adult education guiding students through vocational qualifications such as RSA, OCN and ECDL.

I concentrate mainly on the delivery of Microsoft Office training for both Windows and the MAC.

Training Experience:

I lectured in IT in adult education for 7 years, delivered IT training in the NHS for 5 years before going freelance in 2003. I train learners at all levels from beginners to advanced. I have helped private clients to improve their skills enabling them to seek new jobs; I have helped others overcome their fear of computers and I have helped others with specific projects.

Training Approach:

At initial contact I would ascertain where the client's skills currently lie and develop a programme of learning to enable them to achieve their goals. I would prefer to visit private clients in their home when I can bring a Windows laptop or MAC notebook available for use on the day.
