I am able to liaise with software suppliers and clients as well as deliver internal and external training to a range of delegates at all levels, from high management to local individuals wishing to improve their PC skills. I enjoy deadlines, problem solving and multi tasking. I work well alone or as part of a team. Keen to work with companies and learn business processes to enable me to deliver training and support to meet their specific requirements for their bespoke as well as standard applications.
I have had my own business for 5 years and I teach adhoc training courses at organizations of all sizes. I have also worked for many large organization on a contract basic for Migration projects particularly Law Firms delivery bespoke courses, workshops, floor walking and assisting their IT Support department with telephone support and training of the staff, in order to prepare them for work as usual at the end of the contract. I teach Microsoft Office including Project up to version 2013. I have MOS Master 2010. I can also teach Worksite for Law Firms and other bespoke applications.
I like to give lots of relevant examples to my delegates so that they can relate what I am teaching back to their work environment and know that they can increase their efficiency back at work after having completed the course. I teach the topics asking questions to make sure they are taking on board the new information. At the end I ask them how they could apply what they have learned at work. I am very patient with nervous delegates and I am confident with those that are more advanced and in positions of authority.I try to create courses that will suit the audience, often asking for examples of their work before I deliver the course so that I can design it with their examples to give them even more relevant information that will help them going forward.
