Personal Description:
I have a Certificate in Education and a Level 4 qualification in training and development. I have worked for the last two decades for some very prestigious Grade 1 Ofsted Inspected Colleges in the Midlands and on the West Coast.
I have a level 3 qualification in Information Communication Technology and ECDL. I am happy to give training either by **Contact Detail Removed**phone, Skype or face to face if you live in my local area.
Training Experience:
I have trained NHS staff to pass their ECDL. I currently train learners in functional skills iCT and the NVQ Qualification in iT which is called iTQ to levels 2 and 3
Training Approach:
I like to take a relaxed and focussed approach to iCT training. My experience has taught me that for new learners the Desktop is a busy environment and takes time to get to understand. After a while of training the use of iCT becomes intuitive so my learners not only learn how to use iCT but learn how to apply those skills to future learning.
