Personal Description:

From an professional standpoint, I have been involved in IT since 1998. During this time I have achieved a variety of qualifications ranging from level 2 GCSE or equivalent, up to Masters Degree Level.

I am 29 years old and have worked as a Secondary School Teacher since 2006, after achieving Qualified Teacher Status.

I have also work as a private tutor, where one to one tuition is involved. My clients have been from a varity of age groups ranging from teenagers to the elderly, with each of them possesing a variety of skill levels and abilities.

Furthermore I have been heavily involved in PC Repair, diagnosing and fixing faults as well as upgrades. In addition to working in first and second level IT support.

Training Experience:

Teaching IT in a variety of secondary schools in and around south yorkshire - Ages 11 to 19
Have also taught A Level IT and Computing, in addition to various GCSE IT Courses
Cisco CCNA training, in addition to Comptia A+ and N+.

Training Approach:

A more hands on approach is something I believe in where IT is concerned. After several years experience in teaching a variety of pupils from all walks of life, I believe it is essential to make classes as enjoyable as possible and building a good rapport with clients is paramount in what I do.
