Hi i am Master's In Computer Application and Working as a Lead BizTalk developer in Action for Children. I am equally good in .Net, SQL server, SSIS, SSRS.

I have 4 years of work experience in IT. I have worked for HP US. I did my trainings in India. I worked as a Trainer as well for the freshers or new joiner's. I worked as a team lead as well.
Training Approach:
My approach of training is to analyse the strength's and weakness of the person and then polish the strengths and then eliminating the weakness. If the person is totally new then teach him according to his/her learning capabilities. My approach includes daily assignments, which will be a module from a project that has to be completed with in the course.
