Personal Description:

I've been using computers since an early age in the mid 80's , always upgrading programming and basically learning my way round the systems. Until I decided to use my skills in a work environment and get payed for it and pass on my knowledge and experience to other PC users. I passed my CompTIA A+ and Network+ a couple of years ago and now preparing to sit my Microsoft MCTS and MCITP exams . Also at a later date hoping to sit the Mac OSX and LInux certifications.

Training Experience:

I have a wide experiance in verious training situations including industry and voluntery work .Ranging for heavy industrial staff training to personal development in the workplace. Can instuct personel to their requied level either in industry reconized qualification (ie. CompTIA ) and reduced helpdesk calls also reduced downtime or just as a hobiest wanting to know how to get more from thier systems

Training Approach:

My training is informative precise but most of all fun (Its much easier to take in). I use easy to understand English with no unnecessary acronyms. as well as using text and the normal teaching methods, I also use hands on practical modules to further enhance the learning experience. Also available for staff and corporate training.
