Personal Description:
Hi, my name's Ben. I'm a university graduate, studying Maths & Physics at the University of Warwick. I am friendly and approachable, and have 5 years experience working in the IT team for a large organisation. I enjoy helping people, and showing them new things.
Training Experience:
Previously I have worked on a support desk, dealing with computer issues. Problem solving, and teaching people how to make better use of MS Office, and the internet. I have also run training courses on bespoke PC software programs.
Training Approach:
My approach is very relaxed and easy going, ensuring people learn at their own pace, and in their own time. For beginners I talk in plain English, and ensure, through practise, that everything has been taken in before moving on to another topic. For intermediate and advanced users I am comfortable giving as much information and/or advice as they need.
