Personal Description:

A high performing program manager with an impressive track record of safety, delivering Civil Engineering industry projects and programs in line with time, cost and quality parameters . I hold a masters degree in engineering and business management and a qualification of project management . I am a member of the association of project management and pursuing my chartership in project management. I have a strong leadership skills which has made me coach numerous project manager professionals to reach higher level in their qualification. I have 2 beautiful kids with the eldest pursuing medicine in university and my youngest aspiring to do IT Engineering specialising in Artificial Intelligence. I enjoy coaching and seeing people excel in what they do. I love to traveling and reading, also exploring other cultures and their food.

Program Manager and Engineer, I have experience and skills that enables successful planning, execution and completion of projects 1 have a vast knowledge in project and programme management and IT skills. I have real world experience using these applications in a professional setting which allows me to provide practical examples and answer complex questions. I have different leaning styles and levels of understanding which is a bonus to my teaching skills. I am always updated to new changes and technology which makes me always have the latest current information to teach.

I provide visual, real life and practical guides as my teaching skills, which makes it easy for students to understand each topic and also have time to ask questions. I make sure each student understands the information provided and work according to their pace and enthusiasm. Working over 2 decades in my field, leading a team of over 50 workers in a matrix environment and coaching staff of all levels. I can guarantee that my teaching skills are next to none.
