I am a professional programmer who work as a team lead for a financial services company in city. I believe in life long learning and create value through problem solving. I am a people's person and collaboration, strategic thinking, resilience are some of my key strengths.
Training Experience:
Through my 15 years of work experience, I have been training, mentoring and coaching new joiners, summer trainees and apprentices on various IT skills. I make sure they understand the high standards followed in a professional environment.
Training Approach:
I work with individuals to understand their background, their key strengths and gaps. I can then make custom plan for individuals depending on where they want to be at the end of the learning. I can then work on stretching their strengths and filling up any gaps in their understandings to achieve the goals they have set for themselves. The course may involve home work/project work etc.
