Personal Description::
I am Sophie , and I have danced now for 16 years beginning aged 3. I began training in ballet and then began to broaden my technique at age 11 into styles of Hip-Hop/Street, jazz and contemporary.
Dance Instruction/Teaching Experience::
I have been a dance coach for 3 years now focussing mainly on Hip-Hop/Street, although have reached out to contemporary, ballet and jazz also. Overall, I teach on a one-to-one basis, helping individuals to become fit and healthy through dance!
Teaching Approach::
Each class is completely specific to every individual dancer, whether we focus on a specific part of the body to tone and lean, or a specific style that we improve on week-on-week!
