Personal Description::

I have been working as a professional dancer and in teaching for 10 years. Since graduating with a BA in Dance & Musical Theatre from The Urdang Academy, validated by the University of East London, I have been very fortunate to work professionally as a dancer as well as being able to provide dance and musical theatre classes for students across the Uk. I have experience in teaching children to adults having my own theatre company.

I have a strong interest in training the next generation of performers. I particularly like helping to develop their confidence, dance technique and ability to work as a part of a group. I have trained in all genres of dance (Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Street, Commercial & Musical Theatre), It has allowed me to perform with some incredible artists and companies around the world such as Ellie Goulding, Kanye West, Rita Ora, Take That, and many more. I was also part of the backing dance team in the Rocketman movie.

I aim to inspire and motivate my students in an enjoyable and fun environment. Teaching is a passion and I hope to be able to contribute to the Dance team at your school.

Teaching Approach::

My first priority when teaching a new student is getting to know them and understanding their preferred way of learning. I understand different teaching methods work for different people so I like to specify what way my students will benefit from most. When teaching I like to create a fun, encouraging environment, a place where my students feel comfortable making mistakes. I like knowing my students goals from their first visit so we are able to work towards them each session.
