Personal Description:

I am a trained musician and work as a teacher, clinician and performer. I work with clients to develop effective performance strategies that enable the use and control of nerves.

Training Specialisms:

I offer coaching for teachers, musicians and professionals. I specialise in helping you to deal with performance anxiety, using performance nerves effectively and developing your career. I am able to offer coaching with NLP should you wish and can also provide hypnotherapy.

Training Methods:

I am able to deliver coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy as required one-to-one at my home studio or am able to visit you if you prefer. I have a Skype account and am happy to deliver coaching and hypnotherapy through Skype if this is more convenient.
