Personal Description:
I have appeared on behalf of clients at employment tribunals and carried out training to voluntary organisations as well as to trade unioins. I have regularly presented seminars at conferences. I have worked in the area of law for over 5 years.
Training Specialisms:
I am very proficient and up to date in employment law, in particular: discrimination which of course is about to radically change with the introduction of the Equality Act. I am also highly competent and up to date in unfair dismissals, redundancy, flexible working and the maternity and parental leave Regulations. I have spoken at seminars which involved both employees and employers and in particular HR officers
Training Methods:
I use the form of seminars as well as interactive workshops and on occassions this has involved role playing.
