Apart from having had training as a Professional Life Coach and an Art Therapist with Alison, I have a counselling skills level 2 certificate and has been mentoring young people for a period of time.

My expertise lies in her extended experience in UK universities, Architectural career, multi-disciplinary art and teaching business, as well as my self-publishing journey as an Author-illustrator.

You can gradually gain self-awareness and confidence about your life and career paths, with guidance and exercises done with the coach.

Training Methods:

Through a series of thought-provoking questions, fun exercises, analytical and self-reflective tasks, clients discover about themselves and build self-confidence. I also suggest reading material and other resources, depending on the individuals / groups.
