Personal Description:

My main responsibility as a teacher is the planning, preparation and teaching of lessons to achieve specific student outcomes according to the national curriculum, placing great emphasis on creating a classroom environment conducive to learning, a climate of caring, mutual respect, trust and informality and developing a sequence of learning experiences that take into account all cohort similarities and differences to ensure good order, social behaviour and courtesy in the classroom.
My core responsibilities include monitoring, evaluating and providing feedback on student progress in key learning areas, implementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes and maintaining records of class attendance and recording student progress.
I participate fully in performance management, follow professional values and ethics, share best practice and participate in my individual continued professional development.
