Personal Description:

Having worked in organisations in both the private and public sectors, I developed an understanding leadership styles and communication strategies, from here I went to university to continue my studies in management and communication. Following university I helped facilitated courses in European funds (ESF and ERDF) while having practical experience working in the project teams. I also helped facilitate project management courses following the principles of Prince 2. Having moved to the field of education I taught business in secondary schools for 15 years before turning to freelance tutoring and consulting. I currently provide communication and interaction advice to schools to help students and teachers build relationships and enable learning to be accessible to all.

Training Methods:

I use a range of training methods to help delegates understand the processes and be able to use the tools in their roles.

The best way to learn is to do, and therefore sessions are bespoke to the participants and real life case studies are presented to enable participants to build their knowledge, understanding and skills in the chosen field.

I deliver one to one or group sessions which can be in person or online.
