Training Specialisms:
Customer Service, Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity. All programmes are tailor made to suit the client and their work environment. For example Customer Service delivered to a mail order business is very different to what would suit bus and coach drivers
Training Methods:
As far as possible, training takes place in the workplace so that as much real life experience can be brought to the sessions and trainees can practice skills in realistic situations. For example in Manual Handling, loads the trainees have to handle every day can be used to practice with and within Health & Safety the trainees can find examples where risk assessments can be done.
