Personal Description:

I have been coaching and training both individuals and corporates since 1990. Corporate clients have included: HSBC, Ernst & Young, Amec, Kodak (amongst many others). Private clients have included people seeking to further their careers, improve relationships and better their health. Prior to that, I was a Senior Sales Manager for an IBM Systems House and managed three teams and three cost centres.

I am also a qualified Homoeopath and teach the connection between our thoughts, emotions and all our outcomes.

For children, I have written a motivational fantasy-adventure, 'Demons and Thieves' with overt and covert messages about achievement and the treatment of others. This has been used in several schools as a class reader and I have delivered workshops nationwide in connection with this.

My expertise lies in helping individuals and groups understand why they might be blocking their own success and happiness, and how to get what they want faster and maintain/achieve good health. I am fairly unique in the way that I teach, due to my take on the emotional/thought process being core to the outcomes you experience.

I have helped people to achieve higher results, better relationships and achieve their desired goals in all areas of life. Corporates have called me in to run courses on: the Performance/Health Factor, 'Anything's Possible', Sales, Management, Leadership, Negotiation, Team Building, Time Management, Presentation Techniques, Coaching and Assertiveness.
