Personal Description:

I am a marketing and communications professional with over 10 years experience in both the private and public sector. From strategy to execution, I have the full remit of skills from insight delivery and analysis, product development, promotion, competitor analysis, advertising strategy, public relations and media relations.

With a strong background in stakeholder management, I can identify issues and create strategies and tasks to ensure forward progression to the satisfaction of all involved.

I have a strong track record in team leading and mentoring and understand the pressure that additional learning can bring. I can plan a complete overhaul of marketing and communications practice while ensuring that it is clear why I am taking action, or tweak existing process and outputs to maximise potential.

Training Methods:

I believe that we are capable of much more when we are engaged and encouraged in our learning. I create a positive workspace, where all opinions are respected and the task at hand is manageable. I use collaborative groups to discuss what we will do and why we will do it before delegating measurable tasks to smaller teams or individuals.
