Personal Description:

I have worked in Management in several different fields ranging from Retail through to IT Development for over 15 years. I have used this time to be able to hone my skills and develop a passion for Productivity and People. I run a business that provides a combination of IT Training Services and Productivity training for both individuals and business units. I also run a successful Productivity website as well as guest host on several Productivity podcasts in both the UK and USA. I am currently writing a book about how to be productive in an office environment.

Training Methods:

The majority of my training can be completed remotely, predominantly via a VOIP application like Skype, however I always prefer to try and complete my training one-to-one as it's easier to create a bond with my trainee. Essentially the training consists of a discussion with exercises based on the trainees real life. I don't deal with hypotheticals as I don't feel they have enough impact. It's easier to absorb information when you can directly attribute it to your own life.
