Personal Description:
Since 1992 I have been creating and delivering training courses in sales and marketing for several companies in the Emirate, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Jeddah.
With a post graduate degree in marketing, years of experience in various companies as main board sales and marketing director, and 4 years part time as University tutor for the Chartered Institute of Marketing courses and under graduate courses, I can bring a wealth of knowledge and interest to all the courses I deliver both academic and practical day to day knowledge.
Training Specialisms:
Kha **Contact Detail Removed** set up in 1992 providing training, coaching and **Contact Detail Removed** to companies in the UK and the Middle East in all aspects of marketing, sales, customer service, to B2B and B2C and especially SME's. I also provide support to those studying for the CIM exams especially the CIM Case Study. The training content is built up from the many years as a director of sales and marketing teams, involvement in developing the skills and expertise of all team members, university lecturing part time, bringing to the classes a richness and balance of real world facts and theoretical models and how they work in practice. All sales skills, closing, overcoming objections, territory planning, sales management, customer service, setting up customer service teams, marketing planning, marketing budgets, branding, developing new products, creating a sales and marketing plan, e-marketing are subjects that are covered in the range of courses. Especially training non sales and marketing staff in the subject of sales and marketing and how they can relate and interact and get the best out of the sales and marketing teams.
Training Methods:
Both public and in house courses, or often on a one to one basis, in the form of coaching and **Contact Detail Removed**. All training courses include detailed manual with all the information on the subject covered, syndicate exercises, role playing, tests, DVD.s and a Personal Action Plan at the conclusion of each course. Discussion, participation, lecturing, debate are all encouraged and demanded on the courses.
