An experienced Sales and Marketing Director, Consultant and trainer with a proven 38 year track record of success across a variety of market sectors, company sizes and cultures, including B2B and B2C, providing high-level strategic operational control to build consistently improved business performance, implementing change programmes to facilitate growth, enhance brand awareness and increase market exposure. This experience is used in the many **Contact Detail Removed** projects underataken in the marketing and sales fields and the many in house and public training courses delivered both in the UK and the Middle East.

Training Specialisms:

With my track record to Sales Director level, my part time lecturing in marketing, I have been delivering training courses in all aspects of selling skills, territory and time planning, key account management, relationship selling, customer care, customer service, marketing planning, communications and promotional planning, creating marketing cultures, using all aspects of the marketing mix to improve profitability. Delivering this training to non sales and marketing staff, as well as those involved daily in the subject and mentoring senior management in improving their knowledge and skills in the marketing and sales area.

Training Methods:

Delivering in house courses requires a meeting with client to understand specific needs so course content can be designed to reflects closely what current issues are. The courses are all accompanied by detailed course manual, with notes on all the subject matter and much more, and the courses are a mix of delivering information, syndicate exercises, DVD's, case studies to discuss, maximum inter action from the whole team to create group learning and understanding, and finally each attendee is rewarded with a Certificate of Attendance.
