Personal Description:

I am a published writer, and for over four years, I have worked as a freelance proofreader and editor, reviewing academic papers, dissertations, CVs, cover letters and other business documents. In my free time, I edit an online literary magazine called 'Foreshadow' and co-host its podcast, 'Forecast'. In 2014, I graduated from Earlham School of Religion's ministry of writing programme, and in 2010, I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University's journalism programme. I have taught writing and English in a variety of capacities.

Training Specialisms:

In addition to my degrees, I have continued my education by auditing courses such as a Writing Public Theology course for writing in the public sphere.

Training Methods:

Each class will focus on one main theme (for example, persuasion or opinion writing) and will include reading and writing exercises to practise that theme, as well as homework and additional resources for the student to develop and learn outside of class. I will have a long-term outline and goals for the student to strive towards.
