Personal Description:

Coaching, facilitating and speaking in businesses internationally since 2009. I love working with clients to help them discover more of their potential and achieve tangible shifts that improve not only their working life, but their experience of themselves where ever they are.

I have worked with C-Suite to graduates over four continents in both the public and private sectors. Walking into the business world in 2009 I have watched the rise in awareness of the importance of coaching and self development for personal growth, rather an HR box to tick. And, I believe this is just the beginning.

In 2006 I graduated from three years of prestigious conservative training at the Drama Centre, where only 8 women from around the world are accepted each year. Past alumni include Colin Firth, Gwendolyn Christie, Emilia Clark, Tom Hardy, Paul Bettany, Helen McCrory and Russel Brand. I went on to be win the Alan Bates Award for most outstanding newcomer after graduating. Working in film, **Contact Detail Removed**vision and theatre internationally, many award nominations and career highlights followed, from Being the first woman to play Hamlet in Eastern Europe to performing in the West End, and staring in feature films.

In addition, I was a Buddhist leader supporting women in London from 2015-2021.
