Personal Description:
I am a qualified Solicitor originally from Buenos Aires, in Argentina. I started my career as a Lawyer working in commercial law in Buenos Aires and moved to the UK to undertake a Master's degree in Law at Cambridge in 1996, as a member of Clare College. I remained in the UK ever since and requalified as a Solicitor within this jurisdiction in 2005. I completed both the CPE and LPC with Distinction at London Metropolitan University. Having requalified in the UK, I worked for a city based firm in Central London before moving into a high street law practice in Sutton. I am taking a career break from law whilst bringing up my three young children.
Training Specialisms:
In terms of my teaching experience, I started young as a personal tutor as a teenager in order to pay my way at university as a undergraduate in Argentina and have been teaching ever since. Whilst studying and living in Cambridge, I taught at various sixth-form colleges at GCSE and A-level in both Law and Spanish, prior to obtaining my UK legal qualification. I also taught Contract Law at South Bank University in London and EU Law at Coventry University. I am currently an examiner for Edexcel, AQA and Cambridge International Examinations at GCSE and A-level which gives me particular insight into supporting students to achieve high grades in my subjects.
Training Methods:
I am well regarded among my students and am able to help everyone to achieve their full potential. Many of my former students have gone on to study at Oxbridge and become successful solicitors or other professions in their own right. I have also inspired a number of adult learners to reach a level of fluency in Spanish, which they had never achieved in any language while at school. I have a friendly, relaxed but energetic approach to tutoring. I always take an interest in the specific needs of every individual student.

I feel my confidence is growing everyday and I would recommend Georgina to anyone wanting to learn Spanish.
I particularly like when I am tying to say something, I know the word but cannot put it out of my memory, Georgina subtly hints and I then find the word.
My ambition was to be able to feel confident in simple conversation with Spanish speakers by March 2018 and I'm happy with the progress I am making with Georgina's help.
Sam has just finished his Uni Course at University of East Anglia in Norwich and am pleased to tell you he gained a first with honours. He also won the Mills and Reeve award for coming second in his year 2. He has been on 3 Vacation placements including one he has just finished with Mills and Reeve. He has been offered an interview with Birketts in Norwich and is waiting to hopefully hear from Mills and Reeve.
We are very pleased with his achievements to date and sincerely hope he gets a Training Contract.
I am sure the help you gave him was advantageous to his studies. If you require we can keep you updated.
Best Regards.

I am so pleased to hear Sam has achieved a first with honours and he also came second in this year 2. Please pass on my congratulations to him and I really hope he will secure a training contract shortly. Please do keep me updated with Sam's achievements and in particular once he gets a training contract. I am very happy he chose to become a solicitor too!
Best, best wishes for the future and I look forward to hearing more news in the future.
