Prior to setting up my coaching Business I have been a sales professional all my life boasting awards for top salesperson and having impressive examples of sales and conversion rates of 82%. I have managed and developed many sales teams and increased profits of one business I worked for by 46%. I absolutely believe that what creates great sales figures is a combination of exemplary customer service, being focussed on their needs and offering a solution to their 'problem'. I am a natural encourager and supporter to others and my levels of energy and focus are outstanding.
I have been changing the lives of small business owners for 15 successful years. My style is enthusiastic, passionate and creative. I am straight talking but always empathetic and understanding. I take my role as encourager very seriously and highly committed to my clients achieving results from working with me.
Training Specialisms:
My style is a combination of training and coaching, there are times when I can give you ideas and suggestions from my knowledge and experience and there are times when coaching you is the best tool for you. Often you have the answers within you, you just need to be asked the right questions and to be challenged a little.
I have attended numerous courses over the years in the areas of sales, managing others, customer service and a train the trainer course as well as becoming an accredited and professional coach. My extensive experience as a trainer and coach coupled with my years of experience in business make me an ideal tutor for your training needs in the areas of;

As well as being a qualified coach to coach you around your goals, barriers, action plan and to bring you accountability when you require it.
Training Methods:
I am able to work with you by **Contact Detail Removed**phone/skype/zoom or face to face sessions. Your programme is a combination of your needs and my teaching/coaching of the subject area. In our first session we will establish your goals for your coaching and what you want to achieve as a result of working with me and I will ensure that your programme covers everything that you require in your subject area.
