Personal Description:

I have over 20 years experience in industry working in large IT and professional organisations as a Finance controller. I am a qualified Accountant with degrees in Economics, Law and an MBA. My experience of working in industry means that I bring real life scenarios to the way I train. I have also been teaching Finance for non Finance managers. Explaining things the easy way is one of the best quality of a trainer . Most of my students are undergraduates and those taking professional accountancy exams. Business planning and budgeting for business is another area that I teach, so my one to one is mainly helping to get a better understanding of difficult areas of studies. For those interested in putting their personal finance in order, well, you have come to the right person. Everyone should learn about finance and economics, especially now that many people are struggling with debt. I also act as finance controller for small organisations who need a part time Financial Controller.

Training Specialisms:

My first degree was Economics, after that I read Law in London before completing my ACCA exams in record time. Training Methods:

Face to face is a preferred option for training, but there are advantages in virtual presentation. So virtual training is really cool and will grow even more over the coming years. Thanks to the internet, we can now skype and you can see my screen as we write and discuss topics, which means location is no longer an issue and it can be done at the fraction of what it would have been.
