I believe that providing a safe, positive, structured and caring learning environment is essential to being a successful tutor. Also it is very important to me that I instruct in a manner, which adapts to different learning styles, utilises cooperative learning, and accounts for the varied intelligence levels of my students. To ensure student success, I will help my students make meaningful connections to the materials I teach and the real world. I like to take an approach that recognises and appreciates student diversity and individual needs.
