Hello there! I'm a teacher and manager at a London college. I have 21 years experience of helping students of all ages and backgrounds find success and maximising their potential. My bespoke lessons are tailored to each student's needs and learning styles, stimulating, and, just as importantly, fun!

Tutoring Experience

Since 2002 I have taught thousands of young and adult students a range of subjects, helping them succeed both academically and professionally.

I specialise in teaching English as a foreign language, in addition to English, French, Arabic and Maths. I am pleased to say that at present, more than 98% of my students have achieved the highest grade in their subject.

I have a track record of Grade 1 achievements in OFSTED inspections and I have been selected to demonstrate an outstanding lesson to OFSTED on numerous occasions.

I am also currently a manager, where I train a team of 25 teachers to improve their skills, innovate teaching and education. As a result, 92% of my team have achieved an Outstanding grade in their lesson observations.

My dual experience as a teacher and manager has given me the unique skillset to personalise high-quality lessons for you.

Tutoring Approach

I start with an initial assessment where I assess the student's baseline knowledge and level, which is followed by a diagnostic assessment where specific learning needs are identified and targets set immediately. These are reviewed and checked regularly and amended if neccessary.

Based on the subject's examination board, an individual scheme of work and lessons are designed according to the student's needs and learning styles. Tests are also conducted regularly to assess progress and identify any areas which may benefit from more work.

My lessons are fun but intellectually challenging to maximise the student's full potential.
