I’m an economics undergraduate and have achieved a grade 7 (A) in maths at GCSE as well as studying it in my A-levels. Mathematics used to be a difficult subject for me, but it was through being tutored that I managed to improve. My university course contains rigorous mathematics modules, keeping me constantly exposed to numbers and concepts in mathematics and problem solving.

I'd love to help young students improve their mathematics fluency, as I first-hand understand the benefits and doors that are opened up with an improved understanding of mathematics.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored my younger brother also at GCSE level, teaching him through doing exam questions alongside him and teaching basic and complex grade 8/9 topics.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach would be testing a student's understanding by asking them to solve a problem and watching them answer the question, and then helping to fix the gaps in their knowledge by going through mistakes step by step.
