I studied maths / computing at Oxford, and still have a great liking for those subjects. In my career I've worked for several IT companies.
I'm quite enjoying teaching people python at the moment, which is popular in schools. If you want to learn computing, you need to have a linux computer.
I set people homework: the only way to progress is with a bit of homework.
I only do it part-time!
Generally I think my role is to explain things that the student is covering at school / uni. This is necessary as the teachers there don't have time, interest or enough understanding. Please have a textbook available for me to look at.
I will tutor at your house or at a coffee shop in Oxford - whichever is easier. I don't fancy driving more than 15 minutes to a tutee's house - sorry about that.
