Tutoring Experience
I have been and English teacher for 14 years and have taught English Literature and English Language to GCSE. I am well acquainted with the current GCSE curriculum having taught both the AQA and the Eduqas specification since 2016. Having been an examiner for Eduqas in the past, I understand well what pupils need to do to earn their marks.
Tutoring Approach
I believe that subject knowledge is really important, but that it needs to be combined with an empathetic approach. I also believe strongly that pupils need to know why they are doing something, so I like to make learning relevant to real
