I've been teaching maths for over 20 years and I am very excited that I am now able to offer tutoring to help build confidence and achievement in maths with students from all over the country online.

As a mum of teenagers, I am very aware of the challenges the pandemic has put on children's education. I can offer support with this short term or longer term.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught for over 20 years in schools and colleges, teaching all ages and abilities from year 7 to adult.

I probably specialise in GCSE and A level because I am also an examiner, although I enjoy working with students in year 5 and 6 with their transition to secondary education.

I have taught in a number of outstanding schools and colleges, in both state and private sectors.

Tutoring Approach

I am excellent at working with students that find maths difficult, lack confidence or need more challenge and stretch.

I am very friendly and flexible in the way that I work and am able to build fantastic relationships with students, even online! I use a simple but effective online platform that enables me to work closely with students and check their progress.
