Veronica's Feedback

Veronica has been tutoring our son (currently in Year 7) for the past few months, and we’ve already seen a clear improvement in his confidence and performance in maths. His grades in class tests have gone up noticeably in a short time, and it’s been great to see him more engaged with the subject.

She travels to our home for lessons, which makes things much easier for us, and she’s always punctual and professional. Our son really likes her teaching style; she's patient, clear in her explanations, and focuses on the areas he’s finding tricky at school.

Veronica also teaches GCSE and A Level maths, so she has a solid grasp of the curriculum and knows how to explain things in a way that's easy to understand. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and approachable maths tutor in the area.

My daughter has seen Veronica for half a term now and we have been very happy to date. Veronica took time to understand the best way to work with our daughter at the beginning - something we appreciated. Our daughter is happy to attend tutoring and has said the tutoring is helping. Veronica has been teaching our son maths for 9 months now. He is in year 7 (KS3) and on the autism spectrum, needing help to catch up to his peers after falling behind at primary school.

She initially carried out an assessment of his abilities, identified weaknesses and started working on those. She was also able to adapt her approach to meet his specific needs (regular breaks, visual cues etc.).

He is now working at an age appropria**Contact Detail Removed**vel in several areas of maths where he was significantly behind before (fractions, negative numbers, angles as well as general arithmetic.).

I got in contact with Veronica for some intensive maths support for my son in the run up to his GCSE's, as he didn't do as well in his mocks as he'd hoped.

Veronica quickly identified what aspects in particular he struggled with and worked with him on these areas, as well as making sure he continued to have a well rounded understating. She also constructively challenged him where she felt he could be trying harder and this was really helpful.

Veronica has delivered and excelled on everything we were hoping for. Her interaction with our daughter (GCSE Maths) has been exactly what we were looking for. Relationships are important and our daughter has found the way and manner in which Veronica explains and teaches to be very beneficial. We have always found her to be polite, professional, punctual and a very good communicator. Reliability is excellent too - just wish we had used her earlier !!
