My name is Vasiliki. I am art teacher in a special need school. I have been living in London for the last 5 years. I live in Southgate, I love working with kids and I during my free time I practise yoga, tennis and try to develop my drawing skills following a course on children illustration . I like working outside and people say that I have great interpersonal qualities, I am very friendly and positive person

Tutoring Experience

I have been art teacher for more than 10 years. I have worked in Greece , Germany and now in UK. In uk I have been working at a special need school as head of the art department for the last 5 years and I love it. I have been organising art lessons , visits to galleries and museums, and of course at the end of the year we organise an art exhibition at a local public space.

Tutoring Approach

I always try to hear and understand what the student need based on their needs. I try to do the lesson funny and not boring, using materials and ideas that the child finds interesting. I always make instructions and expectations clear from the beginning so the child feels secure and can follow the activity.
