Tutoring Experience

✪ I am client-focused experienced IT & Digital Skills trainer with 20+ years of experience, proficient in delivering beginner to advanced training in Microsoft Office applications, and various digital skills. I also can teach you how to create and maintain a simple website from scratch.

✪ I am a highly personable, patient tutor. I will send you handouts to support you in your learning, recap, and practise to help you progress.

✪ Achievements: I am responsible for the full training life cycle including training needs, development, preparation, delivery, assessment / evaluation, and coordination of business software training and coaching. I am currently responsible for a wide range of IT accredited and non-accredited digital skills training. This includes the development of manuals, teaching and learning materials within the Microsoft Office environment, social media, Internet, and email applications.
