I'm a self-employed English Language teacher and Maths tutor currently offering my services online.

Since I was in primary school I've had a keen interest in the fascinating workings of mathematics and have kept that passion alive through tutoring a number of students. I enjoy helping my students discover their passion for the subject and seeing them get those "lightbulb" moments when solving problems.

I am also a keen traveller so enjoy meeting and working with people all over the world. Teaching English as a Second Language means I can live my passion and help people in the process.

Some of my interests include sport and keeping fit, learning Spanish, mindfulness meditation and reading.

Tutoring Experience

I have over three years experience in tutoring Maths at GCSE. I'm also an English Language teacher with a CELTA qualification, again, with over three years teaching experience.

Tutoring Approach

I am happy to tailor sessions depending on a pupil's needs and understand the importance of setting well thought out and structured lessons.

My Maths lessons involve lots of exercises as the best way to improve with maths is by doing it! Being alongside my students every step of the way enables them to progress smoothly through the set exercises and feel very confident when it comes to doing related homework.

I always ensure that my English classes are interactive and interesting, useful and applicable to everyday life and adapted to your needs and wants. Whether it is everyday conversation practice you are after or exam practice, I have a range of experience to suit your requirements.
