I am a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced teacher. I am result-oriented and committed to educational development. I love to optimise students' performance. From my teaching experience, I realise that students learn at a varying pace, however, those who have challenges in their studies and are losing interest in further education can be molded into confident, aspiring people when given the environment of support and encouragement. I believe student-centered learning enhances the performance of students, both in the short term (assessment) and long term(career aspiration).
