I am currently a Dental student at Queen Mary University of London and have obtained A,A,A in Biology, Chemistry and Maths at A-level and achieved grade 9s at GCSE for Maths, Economics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Last year, I was working as an Academic tutor at Frederick Bremer School where I specialised in tutoring GCSE maths students, improving their skills and confidence. The students had a wide range of abilities and I accommodated their various needs.

Tutoring Experience

As I completed my exams only a few years ago, I find myself in a very unique position where I have in-depth subject knowledge; current and effective learning and revision techniques/resources and empathy for students who are lacking motivation or struggling on the path towards achieving their academic goals.

Tutoring Approach

In our first session, I will locate gaps in my student's knowledge and test the strength of their foundations before constructing a study plan tailored to their needs.

I base the content we cover specifically on the exam board my students take. I studied the Edexcel GCSE Maths, AQA Triple science and OCR Economics so I am very familiar with the content as well as exam questions/mark schemes across the full range of exam boards.
