I am an undergraduate student studying Natural Sciences at the University of Leeds, with a focus on biology, biochemistry, and the environment.

Teachers have an important role in everyone's education, and seeing their passion is inspiring. I hope to encourage students to experience the joy of learning.

Tutoring Experience

I have volunteered as a Young Leader for British Gymnastics.
Helped students with reading difficulties in high school.

Tutoring Approach

I aim to provide a safe learning space where the main goal is to learn. Every pupil works at a different pace and has different needs.
When working with my pupil I want to create a tailored experience that will build their confidence. This can involve going over the curriculum (in pre-prepared lessons), reviewing homework, or understanding exam techniques.
If requested, short homework exercises can be set.

For the first few classes, I would recommend that one parent/guardian is present.
