Hi there.I am a Primary school teacher working in Kilmarnock. I am a really enthusiastic teacher who values the benefits that a sound education can bring.

Tutoring Experience

I have 22 years teaching experience in Primary schools and have taught extensively at all stages from P1-P7. I am extremely competent in teaching all areas of the Curriculum for Excellence but have particular expertise in areas such as Maths, Reading and Writing.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring will be to spend some time with both parents and the tutee to understand their needs and what they would like to achieve. My focus is always on the individual as opposed to a one size fits all approach. I have a friendly, trustworthy and professional manner and will always discuss what is being learned and what progress is being made.

My aims are to build positive relationships and instil confidence in the tutee.
