I am a second year BSc Physiotherapy student at the University of Liverpool. I am very eager to be a tutor and help the next generation of people achieve their goals. I am wanting to focus my teaching on Physical Education as this is my area of expertise and I achieved a grade 9 at GCSE and an A* at A level. I also have a sister who is currently sitting GCSE PE so I have good understanding of the curriculum. I also myself have had many years of tutoring in the past so I know what works and what doesn't.

Tutoring Experience

I haven't tutored before, but I do have experience working with children. Every Monday I volunteer at cerebral palsy football club for Children. I help to educate the children and get them active. I believe this is very transferable to tutoring and has taught me excellent communication skills. I have also coached children of all ages in trampolining.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to teaching is to make it as enjoyable as possible where the student takes an active role in their learning, this could involve online whiteboards and practice quizzes. I will explain content in a way that is succinct and easy to understand and I will check that everything is understood before moving on.
