For 3 years I have been an individual learning mentor and supply teacher at a successful school. I spend a lot of my free time tutoring, reading and travelling. I am currently training via a SCITT course to be a qualified primary school teacher in July 2023.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a Maths and English tutor via a successful global company for 7 years. I have privately tutored, both online and in person, for 3 years. I am a confident leader in my school environment, with a number of responsibilities for learning and performance outcomes.

Tutoring Approach

I am patient, approachable and flexible. All of my sessions are suited specifically for each of my students. I use school learning to help guide my sessions, and focus heavily on building the confidence of my clients, to allow for better growth and independent learning. I use a variety of online resources and feedback styles, and use adaptive teaching strategies, following formative assessment on a regular basis.
