Hi, I am Priyaa. I am a Research Scientist and a Software Developer who loves solving problems. I have obtained my PhD in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University. I specialise in Computer Vision and Pattern recognition techniques. My PhD research was based on extracting significant key moments from a given video for efficient browsing and retrieval, which in turn helps to solve the issue of storage overhead and retains its informational value. I was also a Lecturer for about 6 years in India. Being passionate about teaching, I wish to tutor Eleven Plus, Maths and Computer Science in my spare time. Tutoring Experience

I have demonstrated, tutored and lectured various computing modules for undergraduates in Aberystwyth University, UK. I had also lectured for B.Sc.,B.C.A.,M.Sc.,M.C.A., students in Vivekanandha College of Arts and Sciences for Women, India for around 5 years and pursued my lecturing for M.Sc(IT) students in Avinashilingham Institute of Home Science and Higher Education for Women, India for about a year. I had also done home tutoring for a group of students after my work hours, when I was in India. In UK, I am continuing my thirst for tutoring via First Tutors.

I will teach up to the learner's satisfaction and concentrate on their progress. I will make them understand the subject area by giving better explanation.
