I'm Simon, a experienced native German speaker. In 2014, I moved to the UK to study at the University of Surrey. I know live in the beautiful city of London and focus on private tuition in German and English.

Tutoring Experience

I started tutoring back in Austria during secondary school, around the age of 15. Through the years I've helped many students of all ages to improve their language skills. Now, I mainly focus on adult learners and GCSE students. I work with people who want to improve their conversational German as well as elocution in English and German. I have also supported numerous students preparing for the Goethe exams (B1-C1) and have so far had a 100% success rate.

Tutoring Approach

The most important thing in learning a language is having fun. Enjoying the process is the key to success. I also think consistency and a methodical approach is important, mixing grammar units with practising your reading, speaking and writing skills.
