Tutoring Experience

I am currently head of ICT/ Computing department in a secondary school. I have been a teacher for 8 years supporting my students to get excellent results. I am familiar with all the exam boards and can break the subject content down into easy learnable chunks of information.

I have worked with a number of primary schools to develop their own Computing curriculum so I am familiar with young pupils development needs in ICT/ Computing

Tutoring Approach

The first tutoring session will consist of a subject audit to see how best to support the tutee. From this audit I will be able to develop a bespoke curriculum for the tutee to progress in their subject area. We will not only look at the subject content related to the exam as I feel it is important to understand why and how things work to fully understand the curriculum.
