Teaching has been my life; qualifying at 21 I have built a wealth of teaching experience since 2003, as well as an understanding of what works for students and what support is effective in subject knowledge and exam techniques.

Tutoring Experience

Since 2003 I have taught a number of subject areas (Business, ICT, Tourism, Maths, History, Geography, RE to name a few) I have managed Business departments and have been in charge of planning and implementing new curriculums at GCSE and A level. I have also worked as a Teacher mentor at university supporting and mentoring trainee Business teachers, as well as looking after trainee teachers in a department.

Tutoring Approach

I am very flexible in terms of what support is needed, able to cover knowledge based teaching as well as support on case studies and exam questions.
