I have passion for teaching and have been providing private tuition for over 15 years.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing sports and socializing with friends amongst many other things.
I find it easy to relate to students on many levels which helps build a special bond and create a friendly learning environment.
Majority of my students far exceed their predicted grades and many of my students obtain A/B grades.
I teach English, Maths and Science. I have been teaching at GCSE level for more than 15. During this period I have taught adults as well as children, and children with learning difficulties.
I believe in 'no size fits all' so my approach is very much tailored to the individuals needs.
I encourage the children to understand the topics rather than memorising the material. This helps the students to apply the knowledge to many different problems.
At the end of each session I set homework according to the topics taught in class. I also ensure the students are tested regularly to keep on top of their revision. This helps manage the stress levels closer to the exam period as well as identifying areas/topics of concern.
