Tutoring Experience

I've got 10+ years of experience working with kids (I've worked as a nanny, summer camp educator, after school teacher). After graduating with a BA in Vocals & Music Composition at University, I've started giving private music lessons, especially Guitar and Vocals. But I'd love to teach Songwriting and Music Technology too. I have been an active member of the London music scene since 2016, performing in shows as a solo artist and with bands.

Tutoring Approach

When it comes to kids, I believe in tailoring the lessons according to their personalities and needs. Usually, the hardest part in teaching children is to make them follow a routine, it’s no secret that "practice makes perfect”.
But practice won’t feel like a chore if it involves exercises that they want to do, rather than something they "have to" do.
For "older" students, I'd like to be the supportive tutor who guides them within their passion and prepare them with the best tips and tricks I've learned in my own experience as a performer artist & music student.
